Vanilla Mug Cake
Ingredients:
3 | tablespoons milk |
2 | teaspoons vinegar |
1 | teaspoon oil |
¼ | teaspoon vanilla |
¼ | cup flour |
3 | tablespoons sugar |
¼ | teaspoon baking powder |
⅛ | teaspoon baking soda |
| pinch salt |
Butter Cream Frosting:
1 | tablespoon butter, room temperature |
¼ | cup 10x powdered sugar |
1 | teaspoon milk |
¼ | teaspoon vanilla |
| pinch salt |
Combine the wet ingredients. In a 10‑ounce mug, mix the dry
ingredients well. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients
and stir with a fork just until no longer lumpy. Microwave for
1 minute. Stir together the frosting ingredients in a small
cup. Spread over the mug cake.
