Stuffed Artichokes

Ingredients:

6artichokes
bread crumbs
parmesan cheese
garlic salt
parsley
salt & pepper
oregano

Wash and cut bottom and tips off of artichokes. (Remove prickers from inside heart area too.) Spread leaves apart while rinsing under running water. Combine all ingredients and spoon over artichokes. Put a little oil in frying pan, and add water to ⅓ the height of the artichokes. Steam until tender, about 45 minutes.
