Iced Tea
Ingredients:
| 5 | cups water |
| 4 | plain, black tea bags |
| 1 | chai (spiced) tea bag |
| 3 | tablespoons sugar (more or less, to taste) |
| 1 | teaspoon lemon or lime juice (more or less to taste) |

In a medium pot, bring water to a full boil. Remove from heat, add tea bags, and steep for 6 to 7 minutes. Remove tea bags, stir in sugar until dissolved. Add lemon or lime juice. Fill a 2‑quart pitcher with ice. Carefully pour hot liquid over ice.
