Vanilla Mug Cake

Ingredients:

3tablespoons milk
2teaspoons vinegar
1teaspoon oil
¼teaspoon vanilla
¼cup flour
3tablespoons sugar
¼teaspoon baking powder
teaspoon baking soda
pinch salt

Butter Cream Frosting:

1tablespoon butter, room temperature
¼cup 10x powdered sugar
1teaspoon milk
¼teaspoon vanilla
pinch salt

Combine the wet ingredients. In a 10‑ounce mug, mix the dry ingredients well. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir with a fork just until no longer lumpy. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir together the frosting ingredients in a small cup. Spread over the mug cake.
